some kid favourite meals in our house are
risotto (any type)
pasta - pesto or creamy tomato sauce are best as DS doesnt like bolognaise types
honey mustard chicken and mash
sausages
wraps
tacos (probably an all time fave)
chicken korma
I find veges work best in disguise (as you know -lol)
lately I have given in and allowed the kids to add a dash of tomato or bbq sause to their veges if I have served cooked veges on the side rather than including them in a meal if that makes sense.
I figure the health benefits of the veges outweigh the negatives of the sauce. Or so I tell myself :D
